Hello! Let us be the first to welcome you not only to our beautiful barn here at Thousand Acre Farm, but also to our shiny new blog.

Early on 2014, our barn was simply an idea. In just over a short year, and with the help, guidance, and yes, hours of physical labor, of many of our family, friends, and new partners, that idea has become a stunning reality. Today, we can proudly say Thousand Acre Barn stands beautifully alongside the waterfront of the C&D canal - and in a few short months, we'll be opening up our doors to a jam-packed, wedding-filled first season open for business!

In the spirit of today's technology age, we wanted to give our readers an outlet where you can get real time updates of what's going on here at Thousand Acre Farm. In the coming weeks, we'll be sharing with you not only progress we've made to our venue, but we'll also feature posts about who we are, feature our wonderful partner vendors we've met along this journey, and of course, the happy couples we've been honored to assist on their big day.
